Frontier Customer Support Associate

We are a brand development firm recognized for our successful outreach efforts and creative community development strategies throughout the Venice/Sarasota area. Due to our expanding client base, we are looking for a Frontier Customer Support Associate to join our dedicated Community Relations team!

We are looking for a Frontier Customer Support Associate to provide sales support by creating, devising and implementing strategic marketing plans for our key accounts. The Frontier Customer Support Associate will be required to assist with pricing plans, customer interactions, and carrying out research to identify new sales leads. To ensure success, the Frontier Customer Support Associate should possess exceptional interpersonal skills. A competent Frontier Customer Support Associate will utilize their customer-centric initiatives to result in optimized performance.

Frontier Customer Support Associate Responsibilities:

• Educate members of the community on eligible benefits available to them

• Attend in person meetings and training sessions at our local office

• Assist with setting up various community events and outreach initiatives

• Qualify buyers by using the buyer requirement standards and company policies

• Aid with training new associates

• Act as "brand ambassador", ensuring proper and consistent message delivery

• Maintain all compliance standards and expectations

Frontier Customer Support Associate:

• 1-2 years of experience in community outreach our customer service based role

• Strong desire to continue learning and developing professional skill sets

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

• Student mentality and the desire to continue learning

• Impeccable work ethic

• Able to problem solve effectively

• Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment

• Comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groups

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $850.00 - $1,025.00 per week
