What You'll Do
As an Insurance Account Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting clients throughout the life of their insurance policies while partnering closely with producers and insurance carriers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as a trusted resource for clients by assisting with policy questions, coverage changes, renewals, and day-to-day account servicing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive, professional communication.
- Partner with the sales team to support client retention efforts, new business opportunities, and referral growth.
- Prepare and submit insurance applications and renewal documentation.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers regarding underwriting, policy changes, endorsements, and renewals.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the agency management system.
- Prepare proposals, certificates, and other insurance-related documents.
- Ensure all client requests are handled accurately and within established timelines.
- Maintain compliance with insurance regulations, agency procedures, and carrier guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while helping clients find insurance solutions that best fit their needs.
What We're Looking For

Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of customer service and sales experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
- College degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems is preferred.
