Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered therapy services
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, patients, and families
- Assist with daily department operations and therapy program development
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall function
Qualifications
- Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Minnesota PTA license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
