We're looking for an experienced Carpenter who enjoys seeing the results of their work, values quality craftsmanship, and wants to be part of a team that appreciates skilled tradespeople.

If you're someone who enjoys a variety of projects, takes ownership of your work, and wants a stable, full-time opportunity with a company that values professionalism and attention to detail, we'd love to connect with you.

What You'll Do

Every day brings something different. You'll work on a variety of residential construction, remodeling, repair, and maintenance projects, including:

  • Install and repair doors, windows, trim, flooring, siding, decks, soffit, fascia, and other finish carpentry elements.

  • Complete interior and exterior carpentry projects from start to finish.

  • Read blueprints, drawings, and building specifications to ensure precise execution.

  • Safely operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment.

  • Build layouts and basic sketches to support construction projects.

  • Coordinate materials and supplies needed to keep projects moving efficiently.

  • Assemble and safely work from scaffolding when required.

  • Maintain tools and equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation.

  • Mentor or direct laborers and helpers while maintaining high workmanship standards.

  • Follow all safety procedures while delivering quality work that exceeds expectations.

What We're Looking For

  • 4 years of residential or commercial carpentry experience.

  • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, construction materials, and remodeling practices.

  • Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.

  • Experience using a wide variety of hand and power tools safely.

  • Pride in producing clean, high-quality work.

  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or collaboratively.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Professional attitude when interacting with homeowners, residents, and team members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.

  • Ability to travel locally to project sites with occasional overnight travel if needed.

  • Flexibility to work a consistent full-time schedule, including occasional weekend work as projects require.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on role requiring the ability to:

  • Lift and carry materials up to 75 pounds.

  • Climb ladders and scaffolding.

  • Frequently bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and work in varying positions.

  • Work indoors and outdoors in changing Wisconsin weather conditions.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience.

  • Full-time, year-round employment with steady work.

  • Diverse residential projects that keep your work interesting.

  • Opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals who value craftsmanship and teamwork.

  • A company culture that recognizes quality work, reliability, and pride in the finished product.
