Responsibilities
- Perform framing, trim carpentry, siding installation, door hanging, and roofing
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Install fixtures, cabinetry, drywall, flooring, and painting as part of remodels
- Complete restoration work including water damage remediation and repairs
- Assist with heavy lifting, material handling, and job site setup
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety standards and job site protocols
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience required
- Strong background in framing, finish carpentry, and residential remodeling work
- Experience with roofing, siding, and general construction
- Ability to perform remodeling tasks including drywall and flooring
- Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Reliable, safety‑conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
