What You'll Do
Inspire & Lead a High-Performing Team
- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of clinical professionals and client experience specialists
- Build a positive, energetic, and accountable culture
- Recruit, onboard, and retain exceptional talent
- Create schedules that maximize both team success and client experience
Drive Revenue & Membership Growth
- Lead consultative conversations that convert prospects into loyal members
- Coach the team on sales techniques and client engagement
- Monitor KPIs including membership growth, retention, conversion rates, and revenue
- Celebrate wins while continually raising performance expectations
Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience
- Ensure every client receives concierge-level service from arrival to departure
- Resolve concerns quickly, professionally, and with empathy
- Build long-term client relationships that drive referrals and retention
- Help create an environment clients genuinely look forward to visiting
Own Daily Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of a busy, growing wellness studio
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and presentation
- Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and operational systems
- Improve efficiency while maintaining an elevated client experience
Help Grow the Business
- Partner directly with ownership on business initiatives
- Support local marketing efforts, partnerships, and community events
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, profitability, and client satisfaction
- Help prepare the business for continued growth and future locations
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, wellness, fitness, spa, aesthetics, healthcare, or another client-focused environment
- A proven ability to motivate teams and deliver measurable results
- Strong sales instincts with experience in membership, retail, or consultative sales
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Experience with POS systems, scheduling platforms, and CRM software
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
