Position DetailsPay: Start at a minimum of $18.00 per hour plus tips that average over $4.50 per hour. We also offer a monthly bonus program that pays out 3% of the store’s profit (Tips are pooled and distributed based on hours worked.)
Location: Greater Madison Area (6 locations)

Hours: 30 hours minimum (40 preferred)

What You’ll Do
- Help run day-to-day operations with the General Manager
- Provide great customer service and lead by example
- Build a positive and team-focused environment
- Assist with scheduling, ordering, and hitting sales goals
- Keep the store clean, organized, and running efficiently
