We are seeking a welcoming and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and serve as a key point of contact for residents and visitors. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in residents and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer incoming phone calls, route inquiries, and take accurate messages
- Provide information, support, and direction to residents and guests
- Maintain a neat and approachable reception area
- Handle basic administrative duties such as documentation, data entry, and message distribution
- Support office staff with general clerical needs as assigned
