Are you a detail-oriented, relationship-focused, and experienced in commercial lines insurance administration? Starion Insurance is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager in Bismarck, Mandan or Fargo, North Dakota to deliver high-quality service, coordination, and operational support to clients and internal partners. This position can also be performed remotely.

Position: Commercial Lines Account Manager
Location: Bismarck, Mandan and Fargo, North Dakota or remote
Key Responsibilities:
Manages Commercial accounts and provide exceptional service with accuracy in processing renewals, endorsements, policies, and audits by agency timelines; ensure timely processing of invoices and client requests.
Manage client and carrier correspondence and maintain updated client information in the agency management system.
Obtain quotes from carriers for new and existing business; review carrier proposals for accuracy and prepare client documents.
Act as a liaison between clients and carriers to resolve service issues; follow Starion standards, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in insurance servicing and ownership of a client book and retention outcomes, typically acquired through three to five years of similar or related experience.
A college degree or equivalent work experience
Active Property and Casualty license required.
Proven interpersonal communication and customer service skills
Ability to juggle high volume tasks
