Job Title: Classroom Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and organized Classroom Coordinator to support our workforce through effective onboarding and training programs. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating new hire orientation, safety training, and ongoing workforce development initiatives in a classroom setting. You will play a key role in helping new employees feel prepared, welcomed, and informed as they begin their careers with us.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong presentation skills, the ability to engage diverse audiences, and a passion for creating a positive and educational first impression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily/weekly new hire orientation sessions, including Alchemy trainings, policy overviews, and company procedures
- Deliver classroom-based instruction in an engaging, clear, and organized manner
- Assist with developing and maintaining onboarding materials, handbooks, and classroom visuals
- Monitor attendance, participation, and comprehension during training sessions
- Provide support to new hires during their transition into the workplace
- Maintain training records and documentation in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements
- Support ongoing employee training programs as needed
Qualifications:
· 2 years of experience in employee training, orientation, or classroom instruction
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Bilingual in English/Spanish is a strong plus
- Comfortable using presentation tools (PowerPoint, projectors, etc.) and basic computer systems
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus

- Comfortable speaking in front of large and small groups
- Strong time management and classroom control skills
- Able to adapt to different learning styles and adjust delivery methods accordingly
