Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Spanish bilingual is a PLUS
This is not a remote position.
We are seeking a Part-Time HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing both administrative and HR-related tasks.
This position primarily focuses on payroll and assisting with the hiring and onboarding of new employees.
Schedule:
3 days per week - Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday , Work starts from 10 am for about 7.5 hours per day.
Tuesday (Payroll Tuesday/Every Other Tuesday) availability is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll
- Assist with daily HR operations
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Director
- Maintain and update employee records
- Review resumes and support the onboarding process
- Consolidate benefit insurance invoices
- Adapt to changes and support evolving team needs
Requirements:
- Prior experience with hiring processes
- Payroll processing experience (ADP experience is a big plus)
- English/Spanish-speaking is a significant plus – bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
