Own and cultivate sales pipeline for new Community Leaders, existing 501C3 issue advocacy partners, and grassroots political organizations across ~400 GEO Territories and nine states. Targets across five acquisition channels: GOP county/township chairs, conservative independent groups, statewide partner organizations, national organizations, and greenfield data-driven outreach to potential community leaders..Cultivate relationships, pitch, and close partnerships with targets. .Develop a robust acquisition pipeline and execute structured daily outreach, networking, and relationship management to meet expansion targets.Collaborate with internal Field Operations, Marketing, and Data teams to coordinate territory launches, efficiently manage handoffs, and optimize targeting.Represent the business professionally and compellingly in presentations, conference calls, in-person meetings, and small-group recruitment settings.Meet or exceed quarterly and annual acquisition sales performance goals. Recruit, hire, and train Sales Directors in nine states. Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
