Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Director of Sales to join our leadership team and lead the growth of our Industrial Division. Reporting directly to the COO, this individual will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, scaling our sales organization, and establishing distribution partnerships to rapidly expand Atomik Air’s market presence.
This is a full-time, in-office leadership role at our Tampa headquarters, requiring up to 30 % travel to customers, partners, and industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Redesign and execute the go-to-market strategy to accelerate adoption of Atomik Air in industrial and large-volume environments.
- Sales Growth: Directly prospect, close, and manage key customer relationships while overseeing scalable sales operations.
- Team Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team (inside and outside) with a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new markets while maximizing revenue from existing accounts.
- Partnerships: Establish and manage distribution and channel partner relationships to broaden reach and increase sales velocity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the executive team (COO, Finance, Product, and Operations) to align strategies with company profitability and sustainable growth goals.
- Executive Leadership: Represent SCA with professionalism, integrity, and adaptability as a key member of the leadership team.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of progressive sales leadership experience, ideally in industrial equipment, HVAC, air purification, industrial facility management, or related sectors.
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Strong background in building, leading, and scaling sales teams and distribution networks.
- Experience with complex B2B sales cycles and solution-based selling.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually
- Incentives: Per-unit sales bonuses eligibility for performance-based bonus program (up to 30% of salary, with potential acceleration to 200%)
