Physician Assistant – Urology
Linke Urology & Robotics | Fort Wayne, Indiana | Full-time (4.5 days/week)
Linke Urology & Robotics is an independent, physician-owned urology practice with offices in Fort Wayne, Anderson, and Fishers. We’re led by Colin Linke, DO, the highest-volume single-port robotic urologist in Indiana, and we’re growing. We’re looking for a physician assistant who wants to practice real urology in a setting where decisions are made by the people doing the work, not by a hospital system.
What you’ll do
- See patients in the office for the full range of outpatient urology: BPH, incontinence, stones, hematuria, recurrent UTI, hormone concerns, and pre- and post-operative care for our robotic surgery patients.
- Perform and interpret urodynamic studies.
- Round on our hospital patients in the mornings before clinic.
- Work directly alongside Dr. Linke and a small, close-knit team of APPs and clinical staff.
Schedule
- 4.5 days per week.
- Optional evening telephone call with additional call pay. Take it if you want the extra income; skip it if you don’t.
What we’re looking for
- Indiana-licensed PA (or eligible), NCCPA-certified, with DEA and CSR.
- Urology or surgical experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate who is motivated to learn.
- Comfortable with procedures, independent clinical judgment, and a fast-paced clinic.
- Someone who takes ownership and treats patients the way they’d want their own family treated.

Pay: $127,500.00 - $145,000.00 per year
