Welder/Fabricator

Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to read blueprints, prepare materials, fit components, and perform welding to produce quality fabricated parts. The ideal candidate has strong fabrication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and cut lists.
• Identify structural shapes and materials used in fabrication.
• Operate fabrication equipment, including shears, brakes, rolls, ironworkers, saws, welders, forklifts, and overhead cranes.
• Fit and assemble parts within specified tolerances.
• Perform welding and use hand and power tools as needed.
• Maintain reliable attendance and work overtime when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3 years of fabrication experience.
• 1 year of welding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow weld symbols.
• Experience operating fabrication machinery and material-handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work overtime as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
