Loader/Unloader – 1st Shift

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM (50 hours/week)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, entry-level General Laborer to load and unload metal products on an automated powder finishing line. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work and are ready to learn in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload metal products onto a moving conveyor.
• Monitor production equipment during operation.
• Assist with operating presses, brakes, benders, or manual welding equipment as needed.
• Band, wrap, and prepare palletized products for shipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Entry-level position; manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and regularly lift and handle metal products.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to learn equipment operation and follow safety procedures.
