Tool & Die Maker

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and experienced individuals for a Tool & Die / Manufacturing role in a fast-paced production environment. This position requires hands-on machine operation, quality checks, and general production support. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and open to overtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks, troubleshooting, and machine start/stop procedures
• Load aluminum ingots (bars) into machines
• Conduct visual inspection of parts, including manual finishing when needed
• Clean and maintain machines, including removal of metal shavings using air tools
• Replace oils and lubricants to ensure proper machine function
• Empty scrap and pits as required
• Move finished products to designated staging areas
• Prepare carts for production and material handling
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Cross-train in multiple areas of the facility

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
• High school diploma or GED preferred (relevant experience considered in lieu)
• Ability to work mandatory overtime, including weekends
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Dependable and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong mechanical and practical skills
• Ability to stand in one place for extended periods
• Ability to bend, twist, and lift at least 25 lbs
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to work in a loud and warm environment
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
