Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and experienced individuals for a Tool & Die / Manufacturing role in a fast-paced production environment. This position requires hands-on machine operation, quality checks, and general production support. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and open to overtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks, troubleshooting, and machine start/stop procedures
- Load aluminum ingots (bars) into machines
- Conduct visual inspection of parts, including manual finishing when needed
- Clean and maintain machines, including removal of metal shavings using air tools
- Replace oils and lubricants to ensure proper machine function
- Empty scrap and pits as required
- Move finished products to designated staging areas
- Prepare carts for production and material handling
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Cross-train in multiple areas of the facility
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred (relevant experience considered in lieu)
- Ability to work mandatory overtime, including weekends
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Dependable and team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong mechanical and practical skills
- Ability to stand in one place for extended periods
- Ability to bend, twist, and lift at least 25 lbs
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to work in a loud and warm environment
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
