We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Purchasing / Sales Specialist to support procurement and sales operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role plays a key part in ensuring strong supplier and customer relationships, competitive pricing, accurate order processing, and overall operational efficiency across production and business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute purchasing and sales activities to support production and business needs
- Manage supplier and customer relationships to ensure service and delivery performance
- Support pricing strategies, negotiations, and cost control initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams including Production, Engineering, Quality, and Accounting
- Ensure accurate processing, reporting, and data integrity across purchasing and sales systems
- Monitor performance metrics and support continuous improvement efforts
- Assist in identifying process improvements across procurement and sales workflows
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of experience in purchasing, sales, or supply chain (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Experience working cross-functionally in a manufacturing setting is a plus
