Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and assemble gutter systems using hand tools and power tools with precision and safety.
- Install gutters, downspouts, brackets, and related components according to blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
- Inspect existing gutter systems for damage or wear, performing repairs or replacements as needed.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate installation.
- Operate heavy equipment and scaffolding safely to access elevated work areas on roofs or building exteriors.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate installation schedules and ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris, and adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Experience
- Prior experience in construction site work, roofing, or exterior installation preferred but not required; training provided for motivated learners.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction management practices is a plus.
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical systems, or masonry can enhance your versatility on the job.
- Experience with construction estimating, inspection processes, or restoration projects will be advantageous.
