This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Operate plastic molding and pressroom machinery according to established procedures and safety standards.Load raw materials into equipment and monitor production to maintain proper flow and product quality.Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and specification requirements.Adjust machine settings to maintain optimal performance and output.Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical or production issues to supervisors or maintenance staff.Record production counts, scrap, downtime, and material usage accurately.Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all housekeeping and safety guidelines.Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and equipment cleaning.Follow all company policies, quality standards, and safety protocols.Qualifications:Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.Ability to read and follow written instructions, safety guidelines, and production documentation.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or in a team environment.Work Environment:Fast-paced production setting.Exposure to heat, noise, and moving machinery.Required use of PPE (such as gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection).IND2
