Overview:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Thread Roll Operator to set up, operate, and monitor thread-rolling machinery used to form precision threads on metal parts such as studs, rods, and fasteners. This role is hands-on and requires mechanical aptitude, strong attention to quality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.Key Responsibilities·Set up thread-rolling dies and adjust machine settings to meet production requirements·Feed raw metal parts (studs, rods, etc.) into machinery for processing·Inspect threads visually and with gauges to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality·Monitor machine performance, clear jams, and keep production flowing efficiently·Perform minor maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and die changes as needed·Follow all safety protocols, quality standards, and production procedures·Maintain a clean and organized work areaQualifications·Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (thread rolling experience a plus)·Ability to read and understand basic measurements and use inspection tools·Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machinery and processes·Strong attention to detail and quality·Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 40–50 lbs as needed·Reliable attendance and teamwork skillsIND2
