Job Title: General Assembly Associate
Location: Warren, OH
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay Rate: $16.50/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and specifications
- Use basic hand tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to use hand tools and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
