What are the responsibilities and job description for the LCSW (Social Worker) position at Surfpoint Recovery LLC?

Surfpoint Recovery is an inpatient drug treatment program where our clinical professionals have the opportunity to grow and advance their careers. You will be working together with other clinicians, nurses, providers, and peer advocates to create a comprehensive care plan for our clients.
The LCSW must be able to manage a case load of 8-10 clients, conduct daily individual & group counseling, admission assessments, case management and aftercare planning, crisis interventions, and develop individualized treatment plans. Strong documentation skills and knowledge of OASAS regulations a plus! The LCSW will also participate in weekly case conferences and assist with weekly utilization reviews as needed.

- Must be a valid New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker and in good standing
- SIFI preferred, but not required (or the willingness to complete a SIFI course)
