We Offer
- Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
- Quarterly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
- Pay raise following 90 day paid training completion
- Direct four-week track to Repair Technician
- No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)
- Paid holidays and paid time off after 6 months
- All tools and supplies provided
- Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
- An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
- Within 24 hours: A live team member will reach out to qualified applicants
- Within 48 hours: We’ll schedule an in-person interview
- Within 7 days: The hiring process is typically complete, and we celebrate your first day
- Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
- Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
- Communicate with the support team with questions
- Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
- Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
- Problem-solve repairs with creativity
