Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic office team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a professional first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar entries using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks or other office management software
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail distribution
- Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and supporting office management activities
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment
- Provide clerical support including typing, document preparation, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or reception duties
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management procedures
- Attention to detail in proofreading and data entry tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
- Prior experience as a medical receptionist or dental receptionist is a plus but not required
- Personal assistant or calendar management experience is advantageous

Pay: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour
