We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Front Office Manager to lead our Front Desk team. This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring a warm welcome and lasting impression for every guest.
Position Overview:
As Front Office Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day operations of the Front Desk team. You’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining guest satisfaction, managing departmental performance, and supporting the hotel’s operational and financial goals.
Essential Functions:
- Lead, train, and develop Front Desk staff
- Drive a culture of exceptional guest service through hands-on leadership and consistent training initiatives.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest concerns, ensuring swift resolution and satisfaction.
- Manage daily scheduling and staffing for all Front Office roles.
- Monitor and uphold all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and guest satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate revenue and inventory forecasts; assist in departmental budgeting.
- Coordinate effectively with other department leaders to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain and manage the Property Management System, including group blocks and inventory control.
Qualifications:
- Prior Front Desk experience is required
- College degree preferred but not required.
- Proven ability to lead by example and inspire high performance in others.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Tech-savvy with strong computer skills and experience using PMS systems.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
