What You’ll Do
- Complete scheduled annual maintenance appointments with efficiency and professionalism
- Perform thorough system inspections and identify consultative improvement opportunities
- Educate homeowners and recommend ethical, value-driven upgrades
- Present solutions clearly, confidently, and transparently
- Operate independently using established tools, processes, and technology
- Build trust through high-quality service and consistent communication
- Meet and exceed quality, performance, and sales standards
- Comprehensive hands-on training in systems and consultative selling
- Clear expectations, structured processes, and proven workflows

- Valid, non-probationary driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Comfortable working independently and managing a structured daily route
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with homeowners
- Customer-first mindset with a consultative sales approach
- Construction or trade experience preferred
- Consultative sales, upselling, or advisory experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work in crawlspaces and lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
