Utility Sales & Service is a rapidly growing manufacturer and service provider of custom-made aerial lift trucks in Appleton, WI. With our continued growth, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant who is willing to manage the front desk and assist other team members and leaders in our fast-paced environment.

What Utility Sales and Service Offers for Part Time Administrative Assistant:

  • $19.00-$23.00/hour opportunity for quarterly bonuses.
  • A percentage of 3 PTO days, based on the average hours worked. You will also be eligible for vacation after a full year of service (the equivalent of the average hours worked per week in the previous year).
  • Easy on/off access to Hwy 41
  • Flexible start time between 7-8am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Responsibilities for Part Time Administrative Assistant:

  • Answer multi-line telephone system, take messages, put callers into voice mail and transfer calls.
  • Prepare outgoing mail, both regular and certified.
  • Greet and refer customer and vendors to the appropriate team member.
  • Accept and hand out package deliveries.
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory for all departments.
  • Work with the leadership team to type and create correspondence, contracts, and forms as directed.
  • Assisting the safety committee by updating processes, tracking and documentation
  • Data entry, filing, and other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications for Part Time Administrative Assistant:

1 year of administrative experience. Intermediate experience in Outlook, Excel, Word. Experience in ERP software is a plus. This is a customer-facing position, so strong written and oral communication skills are required, as well as a positive attitude and cheerful disposition. Being involved in various areas of the business, this person must have strong organization and time management skills. Successful completion of drug test, physical, and background check.

Part Time Administrative Assistant Hours:

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 8 hours each day. You can start anywhere from 7am- 8am; however, a set schedule for each day is needed.
