Essential Job Functions
- Install basement and foundation waterproofing systems, sump pumps, foundation repair systems, and crawl space encapsulation products in homeowners' houses.
- Travel with your crew to the customer’s home to install the job.
- Install each job using company-approved and quality-driven methods.
- Work inside and outside in the elements, depending on the extent of the job being done.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- A valid non-probationary driver’s license (and/or CDL).
- Ability to lift or move up to 100 lb. occasionally, and/or up to 50 lb. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lb. of force constantly to move objects.
- Ability to stay upright/stand up to 100% of the time.
- Ability to move about and move to/from and work from the floor level or in crawl spaces.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
