What is the LED Lighting Market Segment Leader, Sur-Seal Commercial team role at Sur-Seal?
Sur-Seal LED Lighting Market Segment Leader responsibilities:
- Accountable for LED Lighting-focused team of business development coordinators, indirect management of commercial sales team with LED lighting account coverage and directly responsible for key account management of top LED customers. Develop deep understanding of end-to-end processes and support team in daily activities including: prospecting, quoting, releasing jobs to manufacturing, contract review, project/program management, quality resolution, and all tasks which lead to overall customer satisfaction.
- Responsible and accountable for team performance measured against KPIs: sales growth, on-time delivery, end-to-end process ownership, project management and customer development/onboarding of new customers and service to existing customers. Work cross-functionally to support supplier development, quality resolution, and other tasks as required.
- Deeply understand customer challenges, pain points and emerging needs, and articulate these needs to the broader organization
- Maintain awareness of market conditions and emerging trends
- Act with a sense of urgency and creativity
- Special projects as directed by leadership
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the LED Lighting Market Segment Leader role at Sur-Seal has the following:
- Proven track record of generating new business opportunities at new and existing accounts
- 5 years of sales leadership experience
- 5 years of sales or marketing experience
- Prior experience selling material expertise, preferred
- Die cutting, molding and extrusion industry experience, preferred
- Ability to travel within North America as required, up to 70%.
- Attention to detail with strong analytical capability.
- Strong coaching competency required
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong collaboration skills in a cross-functional business team
- Self-motivated and strategic
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be proficient in CRM tools including Hubspot
