Job Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor to lead and manage our warehouse operations with efficiency and precision. This pivotal role requires overseeing daily distribution activities, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Duties

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to foster a productive team environment.
• Oversee inventory management processes using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Coordinate logistics for warehouse distribution, including 3PL providers, freight carriers, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members.
• Manage forklift operations and heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to mechanical knowledge standards.
• Implement process improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing errors, and streamlining workflow.
• Conduct regular inventory control audits to prevent discrepancies and support accurate reporting.
• Oversee shipping & receiving procedures, ensuring timely dispatches and receipt of goods.
• Maintain detailed records related to materials handling, logistics activities, and warehouse documentation.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar warehouse management role with a strong background in warehouse distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control systems such as WMS and AS400 effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of logistics operations within e-commerce or 3PL environments.
• Hands-on experience with forklift operation, heavy lifting, and materials handling equipment.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for warehouse safety protocols.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
• Previous experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS), OS400, or similar platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in shipping & receiving processes.
• Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment maintenance is advantageous.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, facilitating clear communication across multicultural teams.
