BECOMING OUR MASTER HVAC SHEET METAL INSTALLER
Schedule:
This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some weekend availability required.
Day-to-Day:
As our Master HVAC Sheet Metal Installer, you'll start each day by heading straight from your home to a job site in Central Maryland - no central check-in, just straight to where the work matters. You'll be trusted to handle sheet metal and ductwork installations in residential homes with a high level of independence and skill. Whether you're measuring and sizing ductwork, fabricating pieces to fit tight attic spaces, or creating efficient air pathways in older homes, your expertise will ensure every home you touch is left better than you found it. You'll collaborate with our service team when needed, but this role is about ownership - of your craft, your schedule, and your success.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience installing ductwork
Experience installing ductwork in existing homes is preferred!
