Production/ Assembly Operator Position Overview:

Primarily responsible for assembling parts, deburring, buffing, tumbling and polishing of medical device instruments.

Production /Assembly Operator Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow work instructions.
• Use a microscope to inspect your work.
• Use buffing motors to smooth, polish and deburr.
• Use Ultrasonic cleaning machine medical device components.
• Maintain necessary logs.
• Provide necessary information to other team members and departments.
• Trouble shoot minor errors.
• Report on job status/progress to members of management team.
• Maintain quality, safety control standards.
• Punctuality a must 

Production/ Assembly Operator  Necessary Education, Skills, and Competencies (including licensing and certifications):

• Good eye coordination
• Ability to speak, read (English)
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to handle delicate parts
• Flexible schedule, dependable and possessing willingness to learn new techniques
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to concentrate on a single task for prolonged periods of time
