The core responsibilities of this role include:Responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates and monitoring associate progress for the work group they are directing. Provides day-to-day direction and guidance to work group. Responsible for daily workloads.
Position: First (1st) Shift Group Coordinator Lead-Training
Shift:2nd Shift Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
Pay: $22.95
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: Lead, Production, Warehouse, General Labor, Quality Control, Material Handler, Training, warehouse management system Blue Yonder.
A minimum of (1) one year's experience in the following:
-Lead and manage the workflow and work duty allocation for team members within an assigned department of the facility to include: Put-Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping / Pack-out, Staging, Order Selecting areas.
-This is a working-lead role. You will work alongside your team while being the initial point of contact for associates.
-A minimum of 3 years in a progressive role within a supply chain, logistics, warehouse or distribution environment as a Team Lead, Workflow Planner or other role that requires making decisions and leading other associates in their daily tasks.
-The role reports directly to the Supervisor and will be responsible for training associates, monitoring production, giving constructive feedback to the associates, providing training to new associates, and assisting the Supervisor to ensure highest customer standards.

Role Purpose:
Leads Training and evaluation of associates on MHE and classroom instructions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support and lead the trainers at the site.
- Create effective training presentations and be able to present them to associates.
- Create training programs for individual functionality defaulting under a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Create conceptual Standard Operating Procedures for high level overviews at the customer level.
- Prepare detailed work instructions for individual functionality defaulting under a WMS.
- Effective initial training and cross training of associates and outside workers.
- Support operations as needed by leadership.
Required Education and Experience:
- 1 year training experience in warehouse setting
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
