The core responsibilities of this role include: Responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates and monitoring associate progress for the work group they are directing. Provides day-to-day direction and guidance to work group. Responsible for daily workloads.
Position: Group Coordinator Lead
Shift: 1st 7am-3:30pm
Pay: $22.95/Hr

-Lead, Supervisor, Production, Warehouse, General Labor, Quality Control, Material Handler
-Lead and manage the workflow and work duty allocation for team members to ensure accurate checking, inspecting and/or counting of all products for both inbound and outbound departments and ensuring all?product is?free of damage?or defect.
-This is a working-lead role.? You will work alongside your team while being the initial point of contact for associates.
-The role reports directly to the Supervisor and will be responsible for training associates, monitoring production, giving constructive feedback to the associates, providing training to new associates, and assisting the Supervisor to ensure highest customer standards.
-Auditing and overseeing the department and team to ensure highest level of product compliance and accuracy
-Ensure the quantity, quality, labeling, and?shipping?address of orders correspond to customer specifications or other requirements.?
-Experience using a commercial WMS (warehouse management system) such as Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP, etc.

Role Purpose:
Leads Training and evaluation of associates on MHE and classroom instructions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support and lead the trainers at the site.
- Create effective training presentations and be able to present them to associates.
- Create training programs for individual functionality defaulting under a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Create conceptual Standard Operating Procedures for high level overviews at the customer level.
- Prepare detailed work instructions for individual functionality defaulting under a WMS.
- Effective initial training and cross training of associates and outside workers.
- Support operations as needed by leadership.
Required Education and Experience:
- 1 year training experience in warehouse setting
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
