What You'll Do

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare customer quotations via phone and email
• Follow up and expedite customer orders
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate clearly over the phone and via email
• Keep records organized and attention to detail high
• Collaborate with team members – we're big on teamwork
• Be open to cross-training in different areas

Job Details

• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Monday to Friday: 6:50 AM – 3:20 PM
• Pay: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour
• Location: In-person only — Hauppauge, NY 11788
