Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned auto property damage claims from start to finish.
- Evaluate vehicle damage and determine the extent of loss using internal guidelines and estimating tools.
- Coordinate inspections with repair shops, appraisers, and third-party vendors.
- Review and analyze repair estimates for accuracy and compliance with policy provisions.
- Negotiate repair costs with repair facilities and claimants to ensure fair settlement.
- Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and vendors in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate claim file documentation and adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal team members including liability adjusters and customer service representatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in auto property damage claims handling or a related field.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Knowledge of vehicle construction, repair techniques, and estimating platforms (e.g., CCC, Mitchell).
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or field-based environment.
- Valid adjuster license in Texas or Nevada, as applicable.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with virtual estimating or photo-based claims tools.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
Pay range and compensation package:
