Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or fax in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and clear information regarding insurance policies, claims processes, and services.
- Accurately input and maintain customer and claims data in the CRM system.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with a focus on positive resolution.
- Assist with claims processing, claims update inquiries, coverage verification, and account updates.
- Collaborate with internal departments (underwriting, claims, customer service) to resolve complex client issues.
- Support claim intake processes, including FNOL (First Notice of Loss) entry and settlement processing.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing support.
- Recommend appropriate services or products based on customer needs.
- Meet or exceed service performance goals, including response time and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM system experience preferred.
- Professional, empathetic, and calm demeanor under pressure.
Education/Experience/Licenses/Certificates
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
- Background in Property & Casualty Insurance (preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, underwriting, or call center environments is a plus.
