What You'll Do
- Own operational standards and performance across your entire market of 5 -7 restaurants
- Conduct structured market visits and spend the majority of your time in restaurants, present and visible
- Ensure brand standards, company policies, and operational procedures are followed consistently across every location
- Identify gaps, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement across your portfolio
- Work with marketing on competitive sales strategies for your market
- Select, train, coach, and develop General Managers
- Ensure all key management positions are filled with quality candidates
- Drive leadership pipeline development and stability across your market
- Play a direct role in new store openings across the market
