Seeking a Superintendent with environmental remediation expertise for a direct hire role in Martinez, CA.

Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 per year (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects across multiple sites with minimal supervision, managing multidisciplinary tasks and schedules effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company and client Health and Safety requirements.
- Direct field personnel, subcontractors, and equipment operators to ensure project progress.
- Maintain accurate daily field documentation.
- Identify contract requirements, potential changes, and out-of-scope items.
- Assist in cost estimation and negotiation with vendors/subcontractors.
- Conduct initial accident investigations and develop appropriate procedures.
- Collaborate with senior management to establish project goals.
- Supervise and mentor up to 10 direct craft reports.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in environmental cleanup, soil remediation, demo/decon, or habitat restoration.
- Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams in construction projects.
- 40-Hour HAZWOPER training and current 8-Hour HAZWOPER Refresher required.
- USACE QC Training
