Concrete Finishers – Hiring Now
Superior Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Concrete Finishers for commercial projects with a company based out of Kaukauna, WI. Work includes both local projects and travel opportunities throughout Wisconsin and nationwide as needed.

Projects include local jobs within a 60-mile radius of Kaukauna, WI, as well as travel assignments throughout Wisconsin and nationwide as needed. We are specifically seeking candidates located in the Green Bay or Appleton areas who are available for both local work and travel based on company needs.

Pay & Benefits:

• PAY: $35 – $45/hour (based on experience)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Year-Round Work
• PER DIEM: Hotel provided $50/night for meals & travel expenses when overnight travel is required
• HOURS: 40 hours/week (overtime as needed)
• SCHEDULE: Typically starting at 6:00 AM (hours may vary based on pours)
• START DATE: ASAP

Job Overview:
We are hiring skilled Concrete Finishers with strong experience in commercial flatwork. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience operating walk-behind power trowels and performing high-quality finishing work.

Responsibilities:

• Operate walk-behind power trowels efficiently and accurately
• Perform hand finishing for detailed surface work
• Assist with setting and stripping forms
• Place, level, and finish concrete to specifications
• Support foremen with layout, setup, and daily jobsite planning
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
• Lift, handle, and transport tools/materials (50–80 lbs)
• Properly care for tools and equipment
• Adapt to extended hours, late shifts, and pour schedules
• Travel to various jobsites; overnight stays required as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of walk-behind power trowel experience
• Strong background in commercial concrete flatwork
• Ability to assist in all phases of concrete work
• Reliable transportation (travel required)
• Own basic hand tools (finishing tools a plus)
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to work extended hours when needed

Safety Requirements:

• Proper use of PPE required at all times: Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, Hi-Vis Vest/Shirt, Gloves, Steel-Toed Boots

Additional Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to travel to multiple jobsites
