Key Responsibilities
- Prepare metal surfaces meticulously for painting, including sanding, cleaning, and masking as necessary.
- Mix and apply paint with precision, ensuring correct settings and adjustments on equipment.
- Conduct regular maintenance on paint equipment and facilities to uphold operational efficiency.
- Monitor paint application for quality, addressing issues like runs or missed areas promptly.
- Coordinate workflow effectively, maintain inventory, and complete necessary paperwork accurately.
- 4:30pm - 4:30am Monday through Thursday
- $3.00 Night Shift Differential
