Key Responsibilities
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and accurately interpret engineering prints and blueprints to determine exact cutting dimensions and specifications.
- Precision Cutting: Safely layout and cut structural steel and raw materials as required by those blueprints and production orders.
- Equipment Operation: Set up and operate industrial saws, forklifts, and other material handling equipment required to move and process inventory.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all safe operating policies, guidelines, and procedures to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Support: Adapt to production needs and perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

- Blueprint Literacy: Proven ability to read and accurately interpret industrial blueprints and prints.
- Experience: Previous experience operating fabrication machinery of 1 years preferred.
- Equipment Familiarity: Experience safely operating industrial saws, forklifts, and overhead cranes.
- Fractional Accuracy: Skilled in measuring 1/8” and 1/16” gradations on a tape measure.
