Your Role as a CNA

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide personal care and emotional support to hospice patients and their families under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities in accordance with individualized care plans
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and emotional well-being
• Communicate effectively with the care team and families
• Document care promptly and accurately
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Certification: CNA certification with completed training
• Experience: Two years preferred (hospice or home care experience a plus)
• Skills: Compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently
• Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
