POSITION OVERVIEW
The Tool & Die Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and fabricating tooling and dies used in manufacturing processes.
Primary Responsibilities
� Performs preventive maintenance on tooling and dies to ensure optimal performance
� Troubleshoots and repairs tooling and die issues to minimize downtime
� Fabricates new tooling and dies according to engineering drawings and specifications
� Coordinates with production and engineering teams to support tooling needs
� Documents maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of tooling inventory
� Adheres to safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance and repair tasks
Education Requirements
� High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum Experience Required
� Two (2) years of related experience
License(s) and/or Certification(s) Required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
� Knowledge of metalworking processes and materials.
� Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
Computer Equipment and Software Requirements
� Microsoft Office Suite
� Associate�s degree or technical certification in Tool & Die Making or related field.
� Experience with CNC machining and programming
� Central Die Certification training
