Reports to: IT Manager
Key Responsibilities
End User Support & Operations
- Provide day-to-day technical support for staff and IT operations
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and workstation issues
- Support phones, ATMs, and other operational systems
Systems & Infrastructure
- Maintain and support network environments and core processing systems
- Assist with system updates, maintenance, and reporting
- Support digital platforms including website and mobile applications
Security & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to IT security protocols and regulatory standards
- Assist with IT policies, procedures, and audits
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing
Vendor & Project Support
- Coordinate with IT vendors and assist with contract oversight
- Support reporting and data analysis needs
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and projects
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of IT support experience or relevant education/training (entry-level candidates encouraged)
- Experience with help desk support, hardware/software troubleshooting, or network support preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or similar environments preferred
- Financial institution or core system experience is a plus, but not required
- Basic understanding of IT security and compliance best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Work Environment
This position is primarily on-site, with potential for hybrid flexibility based on performance and business needs.
Compensation & Benefits
