The Human Resources Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations and projects of the HR department by managing administrative tasks and providing support on HR-related inquiries.
Essential Functions

- Maintain employee records, documentation, and filing systems
- Answers HR-related queries and requests
- Provides clerical and operational support to other human resources staff
- Process terminations within our systems
- Assists recruiting efforts, as needed
- Supports onboarding/offboarding tasks
- Assists with additional HR projects, as needed

Required Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years’ experience in HR or a related role
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Working knowledge of MS Office software
- Workday knowledge preferred
- Viewpoint or Vista software experience a bonus
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license prior to employment.
