Responsibilities may include:
Greet and assist customers with their boat check in/questions and give quality customer service
Work with customer and technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs
Advise customers on necessary and recommended services.
Help dealership maintain Customer Satisfaction Index rating at or above national standards
Handle phone calls and schedule appointments
