What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet customers and guide them through the service process
- Write repair orders and clearly explain recommended services
- Communicate between customers and technicians throughout the repair process
- Provide updates, timelines, and cost estimates
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish
- Follow up with customers after service visits
- Work with the team to keep workflow moving efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Previous service advisor or automotive experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks at once
- Organized and detail oriented
- Comfortable using dealership systems and CRM tools
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
