YOUR DAY AS OUR AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE WRITER

Your role as an Automotive Service Writer involves warmly greeting customers, attentively addressing their vehicle concerns, and translating their needs into detailed service orders with precision. Coordinating seamlessly with our skilled technicians, you order necessary parts promptly, ensuring a streamlined workflow. Your day is punctuated by exceptional phone skills, efficiently handling inquiries, and resolving customer concerns.
